What an honor for me to have Jen Taft, Associate Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at St. Louis University! And of course, super honored because she is my niece and keeping the Taft sports name alive and well! Jen shares such a great story of perseverance as she chases her dream in strength and conditioning. She also talks about how she has handled Covid with her athletes and also dove into programming.
